Good information over and over
Lots of good tips and useful information about diet. Insight into different kinds of gut diseases and problems. A little hard to listen all the way through because of the amount of repetition but persevere and you will learn a lot.

Everything you wanted to know about your GI system
This is a great book geared toward women of a certain age, but excellent information for anyone. I listened to it several times and eventually bought the hardcover book. My only complaint was that the reading was too fast for me to absorb all the information. I found it easier to listen at .75 speed, and I’m grateful that I had that option.

love this book I have read over 50 books on health and nutrition and have never come across such amazing information. I think everyone that is interested in learning on self-improvement in their health should read this book.

Very good information
This book is excellent for anyone who has stomach problems. The remedy may seem hard to some, but it's worth it, if you're reluctant to go down the standard western medicine path to old age. When I got to the point where doctors wanted to prescribe blood pressure medication, statins and blood thinners; I started looking for books like this to see what other remedies there are.
I had a bit of a problem with the narrator. I kept wondering if it was a computerized voice.
My interest in the subject carried me through. This is really good to know if you want to stay healthy.
Where I live there are few doctors, not to mention good ones. I think I need to learn how to stay healthy on my own and following the author's recommendations is a fairly easy way to do that.

Buy the book instead!
The content is interesting, but dry. The voice talent that read the book had a very nasal sounding voice, which I found distracting. Additionally there is lots of recipes that are completely lost by having to listen to each ingredient. While they offer a pdf file of some items not everything is included.
Overall, this type of book does not translate very well into an audio book so I strongly recommend purchasing the book or borrow one from your local library.
