Change my life

Everything is about attitude using this magnificent method, cuz I spent too much time in stress, and working to solve it. Life is about habits and this way is how cbt works, correcting bad habits and keeping the good ones. It`s so wonderful.

I sleep better

I had many troubles with sleep and this book helped me to relax my mind; hearing the therapy and the music took me to see way more away my problems and get a new perspective about my life and the people around me. Sometimes I think my life is a nightmare but this book brought me a light.

Change the world

Fix the problem

I often see myself avoiding things that cause me anxiety, but using the knowledge from this book I have learned how to handle these bad feelings and fight over my problems, and be brave and decided for a new and beautiful life. All thanks to this great and wonderful book.

A choice

The power of thinking

Anger causes me troubles in my relationships all the time, for that reason I have to seek how to handle this big issue and I found this, the cbt book. It has been amazing how works my mind and understanding my anger in so many levels. Today by day I'm a new person applying this.

Not alone anymore!

Making new friends or expose to me to social meetings was always a huge problem. Because I am a shy guy. But hearing this book made me realize my weaknesses and strengths and get strong in my capacities and get a healthy self-esteem. Today I have new friends and people.
