Very healing for relationships

This book is wonderful for anyone with anxiety trying to navigate relationships. This book was very eye opening and healing for me. I really resonated with the section on attachment styles. This covers everything you need to examine in a relationship such as jealousy, fear of abandonment, jealousy, and insecurity.

Sometimes we just have to relax!

I get stressed very easily and my temper is always a problem when it comes to my relationships. I can’t believe I didn’t notice that in the past! This book gave me every tool that I needed to do all the work I must to keep that from ruining any more of my relationships.

No more fear!

We are so afraid of being in serious relationships that we don’t even notice it sometimes! Those fears and insecurities are so deep in our subconscious that it can be difficult to realize them and to manage them. This book was of great help.

Must listen

This book is absolutely amazing for someone who has a hard time, when his or her partner still has his/her own life next to the relationship. It takes away the fear of loosing that person.

Informative audiobook.

Very useful and helpful book it is. This book has opened my eyes to behaviors I have that has been negatively effecting my relationship. I just hope it's not too late to fix. Thanks to the author for giving us such an excellent book.

Acknowledge your feelings

Our society has this (completely wrong) idea that we must ignore our feelings if we want to live a “stable” life and that is not the case at all. This book taught me how to connect with myself and the way I feel to become a better person.

Very practical

I noticed I needed help to boost my confidence a while ago and I never found good, practical resources that actually helped me. This book checked all the boxes! I could listen to it in the car or while I did other things, and it was very helpful!

Don’t compromise your identity!

This book helped me realize how often I did that in the past in order to please others! Having that realization was incredibly useful. We must never do that! Loving yourself and having your essence respected is of the utmost importance.
