I found real help

For a long time I was looking for real help to stop being a jealous and anxious person and in this audiobook I was able to find it. Everything was very helpful to me because the strategies it taught me helped me to understand more about myself and thus eliminate all those jealousies and anxiety that invaded me and did not let me be happy.

I learned to listen

Many times jealousy and fights made me think that I was always right but with this audiobook I learned that this is not always the case and now I have the ability to listen to my partner and look for the solution to the problems that arise. Learning to listen is vital in a relationship and I was able to understand this with this audiobook.

A great guide

This audiobook is great guide to eliminate jealousy forever. With this audiobook I went from being a woman full of jealousy and insecurity to a woman completely sure of herself and with a confidence in my partner that I had never experienced before. All this makes it clear that this content is the best.

Truly a game changer

It really comes down to self-love. Filling yourself first. Knowing and being who you are. Accept who you are. Trusting who you are. For the first time in my adult life, I can show up authentically while meeting someone new. My level of awareness is a result of learning and, more importantly, feeling love for myself. Healing past wounds. This now gives me the opportunity to give freely to another person...without all the pressure and expectations for someone to fill me.

Love it.

Thank you so much. I can't overstate this. This audiobook has given me a peaceful break from the storm of anxiety that I have been feeling. Her advice was simple but insightful. I feel totally different

The person I was before buying this audiobook no longer exists because all its content helped me to change everything in my life. I went from being a toxic and jealous person to a totally understanding person with a different concept of relationship. Having made all these changes helped me to achieve happiness.

I Improved my communication

With what this audiobook taught me about relationships and how to manage them in a healthy way, I have been able to really improve my communication with my partner. A must-listen

I'm trying to learn this lesson because I lost the love of my life due to my anxiety. People get tired, then they can't take it and leave. So please, if you are going through this and you still have your partner, heal yourself. I have been through a lot and I plan to try my best to follow everything the author explains, I'm not saying I have changed but I understood perfectly what anxiety is in relationships and what I need to change and what I need in another person as my partner. There are many aspects to consider so I invite you to listen to this audiobook.

How to deal within relationships

This is real content. It's not about our environment understanding us without words. It is about communication, letting others know how we feel or what we like and dislike in a respectful and non-offensive way, and also how to treat the other person by being more empathetic, as discussed in chapter 3. A wonderful guide in many ways. Great!

Took me years to understand this

I really struggled with my previous relationships and although I'm not currently in one I feel deeply identified with the content of this audiobook and it has helped me understand many things and change them little by little because it's not an easy thing
