The book I needed the most at a time where is most needed

I strongly encourage anyone with struggled with finding answers to everyday problems to read this book. After listening to this book, I have found answers to issues that have been giving me up at night. Just going through a divorce, to being scammed out of lots of money, this book has helped me refocus, my efforts and choose to live in reality. Thank you, Dr. Deloney for helping me, choose not to be anxious, but to live my best life.

Great read and insight on anxiety

This is by far the greatest book I've listened to on hiw to deal with anxiety in a true life practical way, not with "cookie cutter have enough faith" gimmicks.

A truly apropos book for stressful times

This book has our number here in the year 2024. He articulates expertly the stress, fear and yes, anxiety, we feel in the modern world. The “alarms” in our minds are indeed blaring, but here are some reasonable and effective solutions. This book is not about woo woo. This is shoe leather down to earth advice on how to survive and thrive in a world gone crazy. It is a roadmap on how to deal with our own inner demons. Thanks to Dr. John Dalony and his humble guidance on grappling with some of the most important issues we will ever face. Highly recommend this book!

A good reminder to check in

This book was really great and was a refreshing reminder to stop and take in entity of what’s going on in my life to keep it as non-anxious as possible. I really enjoyed how it was written and I listened to it while getting my steps in each day.

“Choose connection”

Delony really knows how to speak to people’s souls. There are things we definitely need that are beyond explanation of what happens in our brains, and I appreciate mind communication vs someone simply explaining whats going on with my body. The most outstanding quote from the book which really changed my life was to always “choose connection” as opposed to disconnection with people u love
