Not just a story between father and son

While I was listening to this book on my daily commute to work, I thought this would be a little much to listen to in the mornings. After my first session I couldn’t wait to continue this Journey. You can clearly tell the author wrote this book putting their heart out there for the world to see. The story put me through an insane emotional roller coaster ride that I am still trying to deal with. I would recommend this book to anyone willing to hear the struggles of a young man who grows up to question so much about his life when things change drastically for him and his family.

This is a beautifully narrated memoir packed with thoughtful self reflections.It is very good.

This is amazing book

This book is really amazing. The insight, reflection, and pathos of his journey are evident on every moment. There is sadness in this story, but there is also an abundance of hope. When most people would fall apart and give up, Victory manages to find small shreds of humor to latch onto.

This is self-discovery

Views from the Cockpit is a journey about self-discovery, learning who your parents really are, and a way to express the difference in opinions of a man and his father. This book makes emotions in realizing. Ross demonstrations how you can still hold the principles and vision instilled from your parents but make changes to enhance the way you approach society and the many obstacles of life.

J.Ross Victory is a good narrator. When i collected this book, i didn't think that will be awesome. This is well narrating. specially thanks to ross victory.

This memoir is an awesome listen! Full of inspiration, hope, despair, and searching, this audiobook gives an intimate perspective on a journey of one becoming a man through paternal obligations, grief, betrayal, love, and religious pursuit. This novel will have you listening into the hours of the night to finish riding a deeply emotional and turbulent rollercoaster. it's hard to put down! really awesome.

Good book

This audiobook showcases the inevitable decision we as children have; to preserve our parent’s legacy or build something new from the foundation we received as children. thanks author for like this book.

A must listen

This memoir is raw and full of passion. It will keep the audience attention from start to end. It touches on so many of life's issues, many of which most people are afraid or ashame to talk about. I applaud the author for his candid approach. A must listen for every man and father.
