it very useful!

Illustrations for each exercise are adding tremendous value, great that it includes bodyweight exercises for beginners and advanced. I really enjoyed reading this book and found it very useful!

Nice info

I definitely recommend this book to everyone that wants to start a calisthenic training, or to those who are struggling to perform an exercise and hit a plateau, this book is for you.

One of the best

The author does a good job describing how to execute each exercise with progressively difficult exercises as you master each. There are plenty of photos of how to accomplish each move of the exercise, leaving little room for misinterpretation. She also includes supplement exercises to assist with your progress towards the more difficult Calisthenics.

Very good, but NEEDS the material it references.

Does anyone know where the additional material is available ? The link shared in the ebook leads to a page under construction and file is not available there. During the narration there are also references to some additional material to check however there is no link mentioned anywhere apart from the one which would have the bonus (Different book).
Good talk, dense and compact audiobook, leaving out excess talking. Very good, but NEEDS to provide the material it references.
