Publisher's Summary

Leslie Morgan, best-selling author of Crazy Love and Mommy Wars, was a mom turning 50, reeling from divorce and determined to reclaim her life. In a radical break with convention, she dedicates a year to searching for five new lovers, reclaiming the rapture absent in a life of minivans and mom jeans - and finding a profound new sense of self-worth.

When Leslie Morgan divorced after a 20-year marriage plagued by suspicions of infidelity and lack of intimacy, both her self-esteem and romantic optimism were shattered. She was determined to avoid the cliché of a lonely, middle-aged divorcee lamenting her stretch marks and begging her kids to help craft an online dating profile. Instead, Leslie celebrates her independence by seeking out the erotic adventures and authentic connections long missing from her marriage with an audacious plan: devote a year to finding five lovers.

Confident, empowered, occasionally downright brazen, Leslie embarks on a journey of scintillating romantic entanglements with men she meets at yoga, in the airport, and who resurface from her past. Equally provocative are the discoveries she makes along the way about sex, aging, men, self-confidence, and herself.

Brimming with blush-worthy details that make this listen a true-life Fifty Shades of Grey, The Naked Truth is simultaneously powerful and empowering, a wildly entertaining memoir about a typical suburban mom who embraces her independence and whose adventures prove it’s never too late to revel in your sexuality and the joys of romantic connection.

Good GRIEF, Leslie!

I absolutely loved your work. Until THIS mess came along.

I'm so disappointed with this, Returned.

I just could not stand ONE more comment about your perfect ass, Audi TT (could you have just said "car" once in a while? Did you really find it necessary to say "Audi TT" or "TT" every SINGLE time? Along with your Persian rugs, marble tile, designer handbags, name brand yoga pants, perfect ass, platinum hair, mermaid fountain and furniture that you and Marty imported from Europe, I found myself struggling to deal with your ridiculous "struggle,"

You couldn't deal with your boyfriend's elderly dog? Poor thing. (the dog, not you)

I just cannot believe you narrated this and couldn't hear how ridiculous your entitlement is.

No thanks!

Saw this book promoted on the Today Show and thought it looked interesting. It was highly misrepresented. I'm embarrassed for Leslie's kids. Children (of any age) should not need to be subject to their mother's sexual escapades.

Loved this book

I loved this book. I loved her insights and the things she said about her 2nd husband and their relationship. I could relate to many things she spoke about. I agree with so much about what she talks about. I wish I could meet her and be her friend. I hope she finds or has found the love of her life!

Gives me hope!!

A wonderful book that has given me new hope! In many ways, Leslie’s story sounded like mine. The big difference is my marriage ended after 40 years. Her words sound like mine input journeys learning to live and love fully input newly found selves. I’d like to know how and where she finds herself in 5 years.

Disappointing

I'm sure if you like 50 Shades you will enjoy this. If not don't waste your time.
