Summertime, and the living's easy…

At least that's what I'd hoped for when I decided to visit Hollywood's most sought-after director—A.K.A. my usually absentee father—for the summer. My vision of an idyllic break before starting grownup life after college comes to a halt when my dad puts me to work on his set.

As an aspiring screenwriter, I'm eager for any experience. But my time is spent as the errand girl, fulfilling every whim of Hollywood's it actor: the flirtatious, too-sexy-for-his-own-good Liam Taylor. As the shiny new girl, Liam thinks he has to have me, but his bad-boy persona turns me off, and I don't want to be another notch on his bedpost.

Then, there's Hudson Callihan, the hot up-and-coming director working with my dad. He's everything I think I want in a guy. What starts out as a friendship becomes a secret relationship, and I fall hard.

Things become complicated with Hudson when I'm thrown into a fake relationship with Liam to soften his scandalous reputation. Living on set with both guys and the crew is becoming more and more difficult.

I came to LA expecting to have a good time. What I didn't expect was to be faced with making the biggest decision of my life.

I loved the southern accent for Summer.

Both narrators did a great job! I enjoyed all the banter and inter monologue of Summer.

Pretty good

Good storyline, really swoon worthy. But the narrator was so so. When she does the male voice ugh 😑 That was disappointing, almost stopped but glad I finished. The story made up for it.

I love Willow Asher's books

I kind of did this backwards I listen to Autumn's book first and then summer book. I have to say that I loved Summer's book it was in the beginning very wow there was so much happening her disappointment of her dad her dreams how she went there to follow her dreams Hollywood stars glamor all kinds of things that you would expect from Hollywood. and then if you ask me the story takes a little bit of a turn when it comes to Hollywood and ends up being so sweet and fascinating and such an enjoyable story I really love Liam and summer story. the narration was really good I hadn't heard these two really before and I enjoyed both the female and male narrator though it was mostly the female narrator. because it was Summer's point of view. in fact I would call this story a page turn or something that you just don't want to put down and want to keep listening to because it's that good it keeps you that interested and that involved. I highly recommend

Hudson & Summer or Liam & Summer

This book had me perplexed. At first I thought it was a story or Hudson and Summer but it ended up being about Liam and summer. I always liked Liam but I think the love triangle had to lunch of Hudson and Summer vs Liam and Summer. Then when I finally realized it was actually Liam and summer I just didn’t get enough. I enjoyed the story. I would recommend it but this story once be on my top 10 list.

The story

Loved every minute of this story and the characters. Sweetest romance story I have read in a while.
