I was NOT expecting that twist!

This is a romance about a hockey player and a girl he texts accidentally. I liked both characters and how their relationship developed. There were a few twists I was not expecting. The story ends in a HEA.

Narration by Troy Duran was great. I heard about this book from Troy Duran and his reader group/fan club on FB. The female narrator did a good job.

When they say possessive male this is where the bar is set!!!

I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who like a TRUE possessive male!! The narration by these two was completely enjoyable and I got the worst sunburn of my life in the pool to prove how much this book makes you lose yourself in the story!!

I couldn’t stop laughing! I loved Lincoln’s obsession with Monroe!! Can’t wait for the next book!!

could have been better

this is definitely a dark romance. so be aware! Lincoln was a little bit over the top for me. He should have groveled and understood what he did was wrong. Like tying her up and forcing her to stay under her will. Not for me. Other than that I liked it and the performance was perfect! 🌶️:3/5 story:4/5 performance:5/5!!

Not for me

I did not like the twist and how the story ended… There were also moments in the spicy parts that made me cringe.
