Romantic Suspense at it's best!

I am officially a Catherine Cowles addict!! The suspense in these books are perfection! The Narration in each book brought the characters to life and you absolutely felt every single emotion!
Whispers of You: Holt, our MMC, is the ultimate protective hero, but what really stood out to me was his growth throughout the story. And Wren? I absolutely loved her. She’s strong-willed, incredibly resilient after everything she’s been through, yet still one of the sweetest characters. Watching her and Holt grow together was beautifully done and added so much depth to their relationship.
Echoes of You: Nash is this amazing protective hero and Maddie was just such a sweetheart. Best friend to lovers trope at its best! Was so sad how they basically lost touch and when she returned they fell into this amazing familiar friendship but with so much chemistry that they both tried to deny. Absolutely loved this book and the characters!! The narration was done amazingly yet again!!
Glimmers of You: How Caden cared for Grae from afar for years was sad and beyond beautiful. The fake-dating trope was done really well in this book! The suspense was on point as always! I loved the intrigue and I’m always surprised by who the villain is…
Shadows of You: Every time I read one of Catherine Cowes books, I’m like; this one is my favourite bit geez! The suspense in this book was palpable! Roan and Aspen’s story was so perfect! My heart broke for our closed off MMC and the way she just made him come alive was perfection! Tender Heart and Little Dancer will never just be words, I will now always think of this book when hearing those words. Another amazing read!!
Ashes of You: So sad that this series ended, I absolutely loved all the books in this series! I’m officially obsessed with Catherine Cowles and will be starting on the next series very soon!
How this book stated had me hooked immediately; the suspense built from page 1 and didn’t end up until the final chapter. The love between Lawson and Hallie was so beautiful! Hallie and the kids’ dynamic was so gut-wrenchingly perfect! A perfect ending to this series!!

Perfection

This series was so good! I flew through all these books! I was sad when it ended and wish it could go on forever! Now onto my next CC series!

Worth it

Definitely worth the credit. Great narration for all of them. Shadows of you, Roan and Aspen’s story, is my fav. Dark yet the narration and comedic relief through out was perfect. Had me laughing out loud at the kiddos. I usually like more spice but the stories are worth it.

I just finished The Lost and Found Box Set by Catherine Cowles and choosing the box set versus the individual books was the best decision. I did an immersive read with the e-book and audiobook and tore through the entire series just as fast as I devoured Sparrow Falls. This box set includes five books and a novella following Holt & Wren, Maddie & Nash, Grae & Caden, Aspen & Roan, Lawson & Hallie, and West & Lex.

What I loved most is how unique each sibling’s story feels. Even though they’re family, their trauma, healing, and emotional journeys are completely distinct. Catherine doesn’t recycle plotlines; she builds individualized backstories that make each couple unforgettable. My personal favorite was Lawson and Hallie in Ashes of You. That book had me absolutely bawling.

The series isn’t overly spicy, a consistent two pepper spice, but every intimate moment is intentional and meaningful. Nothing feels forced or randomly placed. Catherine makes you yearn for these couples to finally get together, and when they do, it fits perfectly within the emotional arc. And as always, she kept me guessing; I could never figure out who the villain was just like with any of her books.

The audiobooks were fantastic. Dual narration isn’t always my favorite, but I didn’t even notice it here because I was so engrossed. Each narrator brought their characters to life beautifully and elevated the entire experience.

If you’re becoming a Catherine Cowles fan like I am, I can’t recommend this box set enough. Part of me wishes I had read her series in order, but reading this right after Sparrow Falls worked out perfectly. I fell in love with every single character. My only small wish is that I wish this series had a recurring character like Lolli from Sparrow Falls to tie everything together, but the sibling dynamic does that job really well.

I’ve already jumped into the Wrecked series and I’m absolutely loving it!

Excellent Plots

I read and listen to over 100 books every year. this audio book set will stay with me. The voice acting was phenomenal. The plot twists were exciting. I loved the variation in tropes, which also set each book apart from the others in the series. I will definitely read more from this author.
