Philosophy can't affect your life if you don't put it into action. I have found myself drifting towards the academics of Stoic philosophy rather than practicing it. This book has been helping me to correct that. It is well written, easy to follow and contains a whole year worth of practices. If you are new to the philosophy it also has a short but thorough introduction
