This is a great book

This is a great book on Kaizen that everyone interested in the subject should listen. Its short length is true to what the book teaches. If you are having a difficult time getting started on something, think of an even smaller and easier step to take toward that goal. Once you start building these steps up to larger ones, you will begin making significant changes without your mind's natural alarm bells going off.

The narration was clear and well paced. I think for beginners it is a nice easy to understand, concise introduction and works well as a quick reference.
