Incredible writing and uplifting stories.. every woman should own this one and have both audible copy and hard cover! Sarah resonates with a strong woman’s strengths but isn’t afraid o help us feel our fear and work through it!

How to excavate the real you from under the piles of garbage that life has piled on top. How to find joy and happiness in your authenticity rather than a regurgitation of everything you’ve heard before it’s a distillation of all the wisdom that has gone before but in a new fresh retelling. Yes, I have, there is some information that stirs your soul to gain. There are also suggestions to some simple exercises that are worth doing. Fantastic.
What about Sarah Ban Breathnach’s performance did you like?

A Home Run (Again)
Where does Something More rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Just when I think I've heard all of the self-help key points I pick up another Sarah BB book and discover that she has, once again, found the missing link for which I've been waiting all these years. I truly love her books, and again, she doesn't disappoint. Such insight! Such empowerment! I always sigh when I read the last page, feeling as though I'm saying goodbye to the person who knows me best.

Learning to live authentically!
Truly appreciate and recommend this audiobook! At first I was a little bit skeptical about listening to this book. Then I began to really hear what the author was saying and applying the words to my life. I have been dealing with semi-mental issues. Seeing a therapist help, but this book placed my perspective into context. Thank you so much!
