It's all about feelings
I noticed that this book discusses all the feeling of those I had after what happened to me… I have little idea about how to overcome feelings that trigger negative emotions. This encouraged me to engage in touch with my husband so that we could preserve our relationship. After what I lived, a real nightmare, remaining in a marriage wasn't an choice, but I managed. I wish there was a chapter on that. I've learnt so much from the book that I read now, thanks to universe for such a beautiful answer for my troubles.

Great ideas in chapter 6
The one saving grace I've discovered, after finding that my entire friendship has been a deception. This book provides true, practical resources to function through stress and pain. This brings author 'book to blame on the sex abusers' (friends). As many times as I heard, "It's not your fault," it wasn't until I started doing some of the suggested exercises that I really started to feel a change. In special from chapter 6- The chapter's titles tell it all. It's what I get for consolation and relief when the agony of deception is too much (at this point, nearly everyday). It gives me confidence the intense suffering and harm will not be lasting forever.

Good book for dealing with patient coping with sex
As someone who has worked in this area for many years , I think that this text is one of the finest books to be published on the topic and the first one dealing with long-term rehabilitation and changing one 's life in such a easy, realistic and user-friendly way. Don't even throw this up. Read till the end! And if you are well, and will never pass throw a sexual trauma you also will find this book helpful, it has a lot of great ideas about how to overcame weak relationships from the point of view of sexual activity.
