Excellent

Well done, easy to follow and just practical to follow with very tolerable therapeutic undertones. I'll keep using these tools.

Meh

I'm a fan of Cheri's books, but this audiobook was disappointing. I'll stick with reading her.

The best kind of audiobook!

I found this book both informative and practical. The meditations were really good and reinforced her message. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who wanted to understand how their mind works against them. The guided meditations show the way to more inner peace and out of the constant rumination that the ego/survival impulse tries to impose.
