Insightful and all around very helpful

Let me start here: the Author falls way to the left on the political spectrum. He makes that known and he speaks from a place of that viewpoint being factually correct. As someone who sits on the other end, it can make the work at times unpalatable. But my message to those of you who might feel the same way is to hang in there with the book. The overall message and strategies he brings forward hit home and they are effective. It’s worth it to sit through the parts that might be a turnoff. Politically we can agree to disagree— but healing a wounded or broken relationship is both an art and a science, and the author is an expert. And to be fair, it’s his house we are in as the reader and he reserves the right to run the show as he sees fit.

US from Terry Reel has profoundly changed my world

There are profound ideas in Terry Reels book that I hadn't heard before but make total sense. How he dissects and dismantles patriarchy and sees relationship transformation and therapy as the antidote is just one of them. It's so simple its revolutionary. I read it in physical form and audiobook and it's just such an added value to hear Bruce Springsteen's and Terry's voice, like you're in a session together. Life changing!
