    "Great Meditation in and of Itself"

    This was real helpful. I teach a class in Workd Religions and am a long time meditator myself. I found this useful in my own practice, and recommend it to people at all levels, including people who are just starting and want to get a sense of how important the process itself is. I love his voice too...fits well with his message.

    "Great instructions on posture"

    I think this a really great instruction for meditation posture. It can be referred to repeatedly and never loses its power. Very helpful in integrating these key pieces in one's meditation.
