A good beginning

This is a good book full of exercises that you will find beneficial if you are interested in meditation, visualization, or other such practices. It gives a good foundation to move forward with other practices in the western mystery tradition.

Very eye opening!

I have always had fantastic “instincts” and am overly empathetic. I purchased this book, just out of curiosity, and found it to be very unexpectedly eye opening, inspirational, positive and (without exaggeration) life changing. As other reviewers, I found some of the personal stories…a stretch, but the overall lessons of positive change, personal responsibility and exercises to unleash/improve abilities are exceptional and motivating and POSITIVE! Immediately changed my way of thinking. No wands and cauldrons here.

My First Psychic Book

This is the very first book on psychic development that I’ve purchased. The first time I read this book, I just listened to it while driving or sitting, it was a great listen/read. However, I didn’t get the most out of it until I sat down with a notepad (iPhone) and recorded the exercises that William W. Hewitt listed. You have to sit down, with notebook or record it on your phone the same way that I did. Otherwise, this you won’t be able to remember all of the priceless gems in this book, and trust me, there’s a lot of information to go over.

This book changed my life forever in the most positive way, I know I was born to be a psychic and this book helped bring to surface my latent abilities, and even helped me deal with past trauma. I’m not going to describe the exercises I don’t want to spoil the book for everyone. One thing is for sure, I no longer believe in coincidences.

Excellent

Very very good book.

This guy is a psychic like Kim Russo and Laura Lynn Jackson are. He is a hypnotherapist like Brian Weiss and Michael Newton are. This book is instructional. Excellent exercises. I recommend that you acquire a cheap used book from Amazon of this title to accompany. Because audiobooks aren’t ideal for instructional exercises.

A great place to start. Plain and simple explanations of beginner concepts. That truly explains without being confusing. Also gives specific developmental advice and suggests next steps.

Overall great learning tool

This book has a lot of good exercises to put into practice to develop intuition and psychic awareness. I gave a four for the story because some of his personal accounts of healing had me rolling my eyes; they were quite hard to believe (but that’s just my own bias/skepticism) overall it was interesting and kept my attention. The narrator was boring to listen to at first but as it went on he becomes a little more animated and easier to listen to.
