Enlightening

If you can get past the first 15-20 minutes, this is a great book for enlightenment. Lots of good info to move beyond physical healing.

throughly enjoyed the pace of this book. Loved all the Soul Shift recalibration assignments. A beautiful book with a heavenly view of what we/I can achieve today and going forward. This is a must read for those who are ready to walk a path back to love and who want to know why they are here now today!

Exactly what I needed

Barbara's words resonated deeply with me, and for the first time ever, I started journaling. Her metaphors and true life experiences throughout the book made it easy to relate to. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who feels a need to get to the root of their problems, instead of bandaid solutions.

Do the lessons

I read this book when it was first released and I liked it. A friend of mine said I would read it again and get more out of it. She was right! This is a great book if you take the time to do the lessons. I listened/read to it and did the lessons as the author guided us through them. The author makes you take a look at yourself from all perspectives which at times isn’t pretty, but it's great to see where change is needed.

As an Energy Healing Practioner I am advising all of my clients to read Soul Shifts. It is a powerful but simple tool for anyone at any age to apply to their lives every minute of everyday.
I feel more Peace and Happiness in my life. And therefore, feel that I am a better person. Barbara will make you, laugh and cry on this journey of self love and discovery. I love " The Wall" story. Felt A Pull Towards This Gem For A Reason ✨

The internal pull towards this book (I find that it is far more than simply a book) amongst the long list of suggested titles was a divine moment. I was looking for an "easy read." I laugh at that now.

Immediately, my focus was 100% caught in listening to Dr. Barbara De Angeles speaking to me. She does a fantastic job speaking to her listener and creates an experience where I felt like I was sitting across the table from her.

Her stories, insights and metaphors had a natural flow until the very end. It felt like an enjoyable ride heading up,.up, up til all of the pieces could be placed together with useful practices to immediately shift into the beautiful space deep within me that has been patiently waiting.

Thank you Dr. Barbara De Angeles for sharing your treasure. I absolutely love living the shifts that continue to lift me up to a higher and higher space. I am grateful for you.

A Little Long Winded, But Still Worth Listening

This book is definitely what I've been looking for. A lot of books have stories that help you in theory but they don't take you to the next level like Soul Shifts. I literally felt a shift in my heart and consciousness. This book really puts life into perspective and forces you to decide to stay awake. I love how Barbara breaks it down (sometimes overstated) and drives her message home. I am really glad I stuck it out because I'm now transformed! :)

This book has been life changing for me. Specifically soul shift "Why can't I, to why don't I" has really helped me get through some major blocks that have been holding me down. Now I am flying high with my truest self and I feel confident walking my life's path.
