practical applyable frequency

The creation frequency is a very practical guide to stepping into your new life. Everything that is discussed in this book applicable. The lessons are a practical hands on approach to accessing a positive shift in frequency. I highly recommend.

great info presented in logical order

Great book for self help in getting your life on track for positive outcomes and manifesting desires. Very practical with a little background info but not so scientific that it's overwhelming. I loved it.

A different aporoach to the Law of Attraction

After reading a bunch of simmilar books on this topic, this one gave me a more practical way to reprogramme my subconcious mind. I cannot yet speak about the effects, but I really like the approach and will continue to practice it. I know that everyone says it is an easy 3-step process, but honestly, it is not so easy to reprogramme what you used to think your entire life.
