Author Nailed it...

It was broken up into nice digestible parts that were full of great ideas and lessons on how to overcome procrastination. I was guilty of so many of the points that the book talked about but it wasn't till I heard them so clearly explained that I was able to face up to them.

Really helpful..

When the author originally identified perfectionism (not laziness) as a root cause for procrastination, it really clicked with me. Some of the examples later on didn't apply to me, but that one was really informative as to a cause of it in myself, along with helpful ways of thinking to get around that behavior.

Excellent book!

I consider myself for a very lucky person that I found out about this book as I believe it really changed my life and made me perceive things from a different point of view. I feel like a completely new person and I am willing to learn more about the topic explored there, would be very happy to listen to other books from this author. Cheers!

5 out of 5.....excellent.....

This book has so much great advice, and it does not try to prescribe a single, magical cure for all procrastinators. I found the celebrity quotations inspiring and anti-procrastination technique to be particularly helpful. I definitely got the sense that years of research have been condensed into this book.
