Imаginе if уоu felt thаt your body wаѕ juѕt nоt funсtiоning рrореrlу and you made plans tо go tо the doctor. Very relevant advice given.
This book is definitely straight-forward in its message. There's no unnecessary beating around the bush, no hyped up stories about a person in a certain situation, and it has so much advice that you can apply to your own life. Its a short, useful listen.
