1st half not so good, 2nd half is great

The first half of this book sounds like the narrator is reading a term paper from a college student focused on why college students procrastinate. The narrator reads every heading and bullet point at a nauseating slow pace making it a difficult listen. Just as I was going to turn this book off and give up on it, a new narrator jumps in midstream and saves the day. The direction changes to providing real life adult scenarios and actionable remedies to problematic procrastination behaviors. Overall I gave this book 3 stars all around because of the rocky start. I can't believe I am the only review with less than 5 stars. Did we listen to the same book?

Recommend this audiobook!

Its a matter of making and having good habits. He outlines what those habits are and how to become more productive. I have listen the aduiobook, but the way that this author puts forth the ideas in the Pompadour method are far more inspirational and effective. I look forward to other aduiobooks from this author! The last thing a person who procrastinates needs is a boring audiobook. I like this one.

I was truly amazed that I was utilizing his recommendation effectively while perusing his audiobook, and I had the option to peruse it across the board sitting, something that I have never finished with an audio book. Extraordinary audiobook and incredible counsel.

Great listen book

This book is helpful for those, who like me, can do anything throughout the day consistently as long as you are keen on it and on the off chance that you are not, you can not do it for any minute quickly. For this situation, you either need to discover or make an enthusiasm for the assignments discover another thing to do.

Practical audiobook to attack procrastination!

I love that the author was short on theory and long on practice and that he zeroed right in on real and common procrastination pitfalls such as social media, binge-watching series, video games, etc. It also helps enormously that he was a world class procrastinator, worse than most of us!
