This Book Saved Me
This is exactly the book I needed to listen to. I studied NLP at a brighter time in my life, then when faced with depression I lost the core concepts. This will give you the core concepts and much more in a very easy to comprehend manner.I can say is the narrator had quite a nice voice and accent.

My view on NLP changed completely
I've always been curious about hypnosis and NLP but everytime I got around to reading a book about the subject I always got bogged down with so many details and difficult language, so I always assumed It was hard and not for me.
After I listened to this book everything changed, NLP is very different from hypnosis and this book opened my mind to so much useful
