Maybe It's You picks up where You Are a Badass leaves off - it's a no-nonsense, practical manual to help listeners figure out not just what they want out of life but how to actually get there. Featuring a foreword from New York Times best-selling author Mark Hyman.

In Maybe It's You, life coach Lauren Handel Zander walks listeners through the innovative step-by-step process that has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of her clients and explains how anyone can achieve amazing things when we stop lying and finally start keeping the promises we make to ourselves. Whether listeners want to find love, succeed at work, fix a fractured relationship, or lose weight, Zander's method will offer a road map to finally get there. Filled with practical exercises, inspiring client stories, and Lauren's own hard-won lessons, this book enables listeners to identify, articulate, and account for their own setbacks so they can transform them into strengths.

Critic Reviews

"Profound and enlightening. Will also make you smile and laugh. And, most importantly, if taken seriously, it can be transformative. You'll be recommending it to your family and friends who you care about." (Marc Wais, senior vice president for student affairs, New York University)

The best book to really get over your BS

Wow!!! I have never hear anything remotely close to this. This book calls you out on aaaaall your crap, but you can totally see the author can achieve this, because she calls herself out on the regular and has done a loooot of work on herself. Whoever does the work on this book will see their life transformed without a doubt. But not everyone is ready for this book.

A MUST read

This book should be on everyone's list to listen to, read and apply. If we were all honest with ourselves and each other what a world this would be! I am sharing this with everyone important to me and my accountability buddies are the people I love most. Thanks to the author for the wonderful contribution to the self help world and for her own courage.

Awesome, awesome, awesome

I absolutely LOVE this book, and without question, will go back and listen to this again very, very soon. I will admit that I felt the need to buy the book on Kindle as well so that I could read the assignments and have easier access to them. However, I think this book has the potential to be life changing, and I've already had several insights just by listening.

Annoying narration - should've bought the Kindle version

I'm so sorry I didn't buy the Kindle version. I find the narration extremely annoying !!! I don't even want to finish it.
