People are constantly meeting up at their favorite local coffee shop to share stories, opinions, laughs, and ideas. This audiobook was inspired by what I constantly found myself sharing with others, whether it was coaching to a friend, advice for a student, or simply pillow talk with my wife. As I've gotten feedback on these ideas, many people have loved them to the point of consistently asking me to write them down.
These ideas have helped me flip conventional wisdom that I've learned over the years and have allowed me to live and lead rather than survive and follow. I invite you to try on some of these ideas and possibly break up with your old ways. I promise it will leave you thinking differently, taking new actions, and living a new experience.

Bumpy and inspiring
I am the author, I’m just listening to this for the first time since publishing this for years ago, I did find some errors, this is clearly a homemade production, however breaking the glass ceiling that is being a “published author “, is more inspiring than hearing some of the small errors in the queue. I’m still glad that I created this, it’s not perfect, just listening to my own advice for me, I’ve gone back towards positive habits that have gotten away from me over the years. I can promise you will make one positive habit change from listening to this.
