good refresher

overall a decent quick refresher to coaching. nothing in depth. narration is hard to listen to as it had very limited emotion.

Look for Coaching Leadership instead (same author)

Don't buy this book. Get "Coaching Leadership". This book (effective coach) is part one of the second one. Kind of a rip off.
