Horrible narration
Hard to listen too. I thought this was the best seller crucial conversations. It isn't this guy is tagging onto that success. I think that is underhanded.

This is not what you think it is
What could Deaver Brown have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

If you are looking for Crucial Conversations, the book that has been a life changer and real game changer, this isn't it. I made a mistake and was on my phone going through the shop and thought I got a deal on the real book. Turns out I was wrong. This is probably one of the funniest books I've ever listened to, because really it just sounds like a book that is all about how to show up and network. The title is misleading.
