Not worth the credit

Not worth the credit. Too shallow, no brain science or psychiatry. Chapters only a few sentences each.

Informative with more on understanding

Great information on understanding and defining, less on how to treat, more for family of hoarder less for what hoarder can do to to improve.

  • Overall

Short and insightful

Thought it was longer and maybe have more information to help the actual hoarder person but I'm glad they were supportive advice to help a friend of the hoarders
