Imagine your home, your living room, and in the center of your living room, you put all the materials you have from all the rooms in the house. Now, you have to do your best and find a place for every single thing inside the living room, and you can not put them in any other room. How would you do that? How would it look like? That is exactly how your mind operates when you give it all kinds of different tasks and materials.

What if we were programmed to follow someone else's footsteps and didn't have the opportunity to discover and understand different cultures and lifestyles that may completely change our understanding about what we really need and how we visualize that perfect life? In this profound book bundle, I would like to present to you two of these lifestyles. One is called minimalism, and another is Hygge. You may have already heard about them somewhere and thought that it wasn't for you. But trust me, you need to do it yourself first if you want to understand and experience it.

Negative thoughts like these can be not only overwhelming but destructive as well. Life is about prioritizing what’s important and letting go of the things that aren’t. When we let negative thoughts like these take over, we lose control of our lives and simply start existing instead of living.

Good if you are interested in becoming minimalist
If you are wanting to become a minimalist, I think this is a worth while book. I listened to this on Audible. I was given a copy in exchange for an honest review. I think there was a lot to learn in this book, but I also felt like it was a home decorating book as well. It talked a lot about home decorating and how to make your home look nice while being minimalistic. The narration was good, but I have to listen at a much faster speed to enjoy it.

Enjoyable listening
Some good and solid advice, and I recommend reading this after Marie Kondo’s book (not before). The narrator sounds like an automated google voice though and at first I genuinely thought it was. Took a fair bit of adjusting to get used to it

Story
Finally, a housekeeping and organizational system developed for those of us who'd describe our current living situation as a "f--king mess" that we "really need to get around to fixing one day". Unf--k Your Habitat is for anyone who has been left behind by traditional aspirational systems - the ones that ignore single people with full-time jobs, people without kids but living with roommates, and people with mental illnesses or physical limitations. Most organizational books are aimed at stay-at-home moms and people who seem to have unimaginable amounts of free time.
