Publisher's summary

Life isn't always easy, unless of course you are an Instagram travel blogger who pretends it is.

Once in a while, things happen, things you can't always control such as rain on your wedding day or needing to take a shit during a 2-hour job interview, but what if there was a way to train your mind to not give a f*ck?

In this book, you will learn the best secrets of when to give a f*ck, but most importantly, train yourself to know exactly when and how to NOT give a f*ck so you can live a better life.

You will learn about:

  • The top 10 things I personally don't give a f*ck about and you shouldn't either
  • The step by step method to categorize your f*cks into the list so you know exactly when they happen to apply your not giving a f*ck mentality
  • How to face fear and accept your vulnerabilities so you don't have to give out so many unnecessary f*cks
  • All the pain in the ass at work such as how to not give a fuck at a meeting, the types of co-workers and how to not give a fuck about them, or how to handle your aggressive and bullying boss in a not giving a f*ck way
  • The joy of family and how to not give a f*ck when needed
  • And so much, much more...

Is anything above resonating with you?

If yes, then congratulations!

Listen to this book now, and let's start to not give a f*ck and have an awesome, stress-free and kick butt life.

why give a F*ck

I really enjoyed this book but one problem, why should I give a F*ck about doing a review? Do you give a F*ck?

anyway I have to point out there were a few mistakes one being you said chapter 6 when it was chapter 8 maybe it was on purpose because you are trying to say don't give a F*ck but just thought I would point it out. I do feel much better and don't give a F*ck where it doesn't need a F*ck. and I can see this review being taken down because of the f*cks I am saying but reminder this book is about Not Giving A F*ck! don't worry about what others think, don't give a F*ck. I would like to here more though when it comes to having a family and kids. like your kids fighting and when to give a F*ck, though I think I have that well under control I would love to hear your opinion.

not too many books do I tend to enjoy and perfer reading them myself. but kinda of confessions of a mommy (or something like that) I enjoyed the way the book was done. maybe next time though I can get a hard copy or Kindle version.

Should be a required listen for anyone in management

I was rolling in the aisles on this one. Listened to it in the drive home from work after an especially hellish shift. This book was just what I needed. A lighthearted yet insightful way to look at various stress factors in life and how to deal with them. Loved it. Highly recommend it. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Out-F*cking-Standing!

This book was hilarious, but at the same time very informative. Contrary to the title, this book actually advises on when to give a f*ck, but the bigger focus is on when not too give a f*ck. This isn't a book that you are going to want to listen to in front of young children. However, if you don't give a f*ck, then listen to it in front of your co-workers, parents, grandparents, church staff, Sunday school teacher, etc.

The narration of this book in my opinion was excellent.

Zero Fucks given since I listened to this book!

Give a F***usage gets old

Some good info, but after a while it’s no longer amusing and rather tiresome to have to hear it so much just to hear examples and advice.

Great idea and facts, questionable solutions

The title of the book says it all, and Berger really hit some homeruns with this book! Eric narration is good, not perfect, but it still makes a good listening experience, no complaints abotu that. As for the content itself, Berger hit the nail perfectly while describing some complicated situations that most of us face, but I'm not 100% sure about how effective his solutions are for most of the problems described. Sometimes they may seem as rude, or escapist strategies, and in my conception, that may not solve the problem at all, just avoid it for the time being.

It's a good book for reflecting some situations, but it lacks the dept to validate those advices that are given in the book. In my personal opnion, it reminds me a lot of the Mark Manson book, but Mark book get some facts to support his theories. Still, I would say that I can easily agree with at least 60-70% of the book, so I would still recomend it to a friend.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

An Absolute Must

This should be the only self help book on the market! If the F word offends you, please get over it and listen to this book. I found where I thought I made improvements in my life, that I was genuinely deceiving myself. This book provides examples on how to take back your life, not with aggression as the F word implies, but by effective assertiveness and reminding you that your fear is your limit. There is a lot of humor in the book, but also very valid points on what not to give a F about. I plan on listening to this whenever I think I need a reminder, and even when I dont think I do, because I tend to take on too many monkeys, enough for a zoo. Now I am comfortable enough to just had out bananas. I highly recommend this book for you or as a gift to everyone!
