Very quickly. Realising that what you're worrying about and stressing over doesn't really matter so much in the grand scheme of things is the door to freedom and healing. Success, according to Dr. Hawkins, is an attitude we inhabit rather than a goal we strive for.

Story
While endings are a natural part of business and life, we often experience them with a sense of hesitation, sadness, resignation, or regret. But consultant, psychologist, and bestselling author Dr. Henry Cloud sees endings differently. He argues that our personal and professional lives can only improve to the degree that we can see endings as a necessary and strategic step to something better.

Almost mired in clichés, yet brilliant
I almost quit listening to this book after the hundredth familiar motivational cliché but the curiosity and stamina of this rhino kept me going. There are some great nuggets in there, worth the read or listen. I paraphrase... Watch out for the disease of being cool - only dead animals are cool. Etc etc
The only reason I didn't give it a five star is that it's chock-full of short phrases and ideas, do this do that rather than using any sort of effective storyline.

Dave Ramsey says so in the introduction, the book is goofy at times, but it's a good, short motivational listen.
