I love how Ava Richardson always finds new stories where the unexpected turns out to be a new possibility for a better life. Review your own shackles of tradition, understand other points of view to make your own beliefs.
The narrator is not really up to the task, more empathy would be needed so that emotions can be better expressed.

great story line

very original and captivating story line with enough fabric to let the listener really grab a hold of the story an not wanna let go. thank you

Great Boxed Set

This was a great boxed set filled with a series that will keep you coming back for more thanks to the endearing characters and engaging story lines. Rebekah Nemethy did a fantastic job of bringing these stories to life and making this a fun listen.

What an outstanding cast of characters and a great collection of stories. All the stories are so good with so much action, adventure, drama, and so thrilling. I enjoyed every minute.

Well written YA fantasy

This was a very enjoyable series to listen to. This is my first experience with the author and narrator, and enjoyed both. I would have liked to see a little more growth in the relationship between Yanna and Harden, but if you are looking for a series that is very PG, this is perfect for you.

Great listen

This is an all in one 30 hour holiday. Great coming of age storyline,well narrated and produced. The characters are well crafted with a great story line. Best thing about this boxed book set is it’s all here,no waiting for years for the next installment, its all here start to finish. This may be one of the best deals in Audibles library.

Interesting story kept me engaged

Very nice spin of a portal fantasy. The author did a great job of blending modern to more of a medieval type setting. Narrator did a good job. She sounded almost uncertain and under confident but that matched Yonnas personality well. Ava Richardson has captivated me once again.

Yanna's Truth . . .

I really loved this story! Yanna Gray has been raised to think of all magic as evil and something to be eradicated. But when an amulet artifact disappears, Yanna is thrown into a portal sending her to a world of magic.

Ragond is exactly like the fairytales full of mythical creatures, witches, and mages that she heard about as a child. But magic is normal here and her own newly revealed magic convinces her that it is not inherently evil as she had been told. Yanna settles in at a training ground and actually makes friends. She also bonds with an ancient dragon, Phaedron. But the past catches up with her because the thief Bronwen who opened the portal also came through. Will Yanna’s magic be powerful enough to fight against Bronwen and protect her new friends? Does she have what she needs to defeat her enemy and save everyone she cares for?

The narrator for the audiobook version, Rebekah Nemethy, brings the “reading” experience alive for the listener. She does a good job with the voices to personalize the story and make it easy for the listener to get an accurate impression of what each character is like. It helps to set the mood, familiarize the reader with the characters, and offers a pleasant way to “read” and enjoy the book.

The book started up real slow, it got to some interesting parts dealing with the time travel and space travel, other than that the book in the storyline was a really really really good, I enjoyed it
