this is amazing, using the new Dolby audio is amazingly profound...extraordinarily detailed...extremely emersive audio. the sounds engineers were award winning...great job!

great acting, but it just didn't have the same feel...
they were focusing more on the words than the feel of it...

as a reader of this original title, i went into this reimagining of the story skeptical and came out dumbfoundedly enamored with the production. i don’t think this storytelling style of the classics could be done much better than this execution. standing ovation.

Felt like a movie

This is my first time listening to a story in this way. It’s be score and sound effects along with the actors really painted a picture of the story.

The production

The production of the audio book was amazing! Good soundwork coupled with an awesome soundtrack worked together so well.

Story was a bit off, i loved the first half of the book but the last hour or so was just wierd

Incredible Dramatization

This modern dramatization of George Orwell's classic was chilling, mesmerizing and terrifying. Andrew Garfield and Cynthia Erivo were incredible as Winston and Julia. Andrew Scott as Obrien was magnificent. Tom Hardy performed "Big Brother" perfectly. Brilliant story and performances.
