Publisher's summary

Jerk. Angry bastard. That’s how people describe me. Everyone in this small town knows to steer clear of me.

Thing is, they don’t know me. They don’t know what I’ve seen, what I’ve done. So I’ve learned to put up a shield to protect both myself and them. When everything gets to be too much, I escape on my beloved Harley, the wind in my face calming my soul.

But my new neighbor hasn’t gotten the memo about me. She’s a walking, talking firecracker, and I can’t help but imagine what that feistiness is like in bed. She’s full of dangerous curves and a smart mouth that draws me to her like nothing I’ve ever felt.

We couldn’t be more different. I’m a grumpy asshole, and she’s a sassy princess, but somehow, she sees through me, and our spark is undeniable.

The question is...will we light up like pretty fireworks or a devastating explosion?

I should warn her that she’s not safe with me, but I’m tempted to take her for a ride. A ride neither of us will ever forget.

Motorhead is a full-length romance with an HEA, no cheating, and no cliff-hanger!

Another great listen to the series

All I can say is this is another great one to the series. I love this series . Each story has a different story line and different endings. In some you see hero’s and Heroine from other stories .
Hero is Evan . Heroine is MacKayla .

Evan is a hard lived man that rides a Harley . Evans also doesn’t like to make it a habit to get involved with issues that he might have to untangle himself . He thinks is it worth it ?

Mackaya meanwhile is totally different, she’s a go getter, stuburn. Once she sees something there is nothing that will stop her from achieving it . She moved from Hollywood to a small town to open a new salon .
Both Evan and MacKaya eye each other , one thinks is it worth the trouble and the other thinks let me at them
Once they butt heads who gives in .

Both narrators are great . They have strong sexy voices. The voices are smooth and clear

Absolutely freaking Fantastic

Love love loved this story. After the last 2 in the series left me disappointed this one sucked me back in. The Characters were Great, the struggle with Evans PTSD and Makalya's determination not to give up on Evans darkness and to bring light back into his life. Their hot passion even in his darkest ugliest need to scare her off triumphs. The added drama of Makalya's stalker all of it made to be a great story. Love Savannah Peachwood and Lee Samuel as the narrators as they gave the story depth.

Sassy, hot, sweet and perfect!

Evan, is a cocky mechanic with a tortured soul and a hauntingly painful past. McKayla is a feisty, smart mouthed free spirit who doesn’t take no for an answer. She is also exactly is what Evan needs. Motorhead is the perfect blend of humor, wit, sass, and heat. The writing is outstanding, the character development excellent and the narration superb. Throughly enjoyable and well worth a credit.

Perfect narrators

Lee Samuels was a good choice because his voice is masculine without being too deep and Savannah Peachwood has a voice like silk.

Hairstylist and Mechanic

Mackayla is a pink haired bombshell Hollywood hairstylist who along with her best friend, opened up a shop in a small town. Right across the street is the mechanics shop run by two brothers, one who is a bad ass motorcycle riding military veteran haunted by demons of his past. Evan is a grumbling and trying to protect others from himself but its a message Mackayla isn't accepting. As she slowly breaks down Evan's defenses, their passion and love blossoms. With a little stalker drama thrown in that doesn't resolve until the last hour (but the reader will have their suspicions).

This book had just the right amount of sass from a strong female lead and drama to keep the reader interested. Usually I know what is missing that could make a book a 5 star in my mind but nothing jumps out at me. It wasn't my favorite but definitely a good one.

smokin hot

(Evan & McKayla): TRIGGERS: stalking, assault, attempted rape, PTSD. This story was hot. So McKayla just moved to town and opened a salon with her partner. In an effort to take some photos she chooses a motorcycle across the street as her muse and uses it as her prop. Only the owner is not happy to find her grinding on his leather seat. Evan is retired military and is struggling with PTSD. He has moved back to town to help brother run the family garage. He's quite taken with his new neighbor but feels that he's no good for her. It isn't until she starts to get attention from another man that he starts to stake his claim. While it can almost be classified as a slow burn, this book stops just short of being one. Thank the Lord. Evan and McKayla partake in some smokin hot sexy times that will make you blush. But it's not so butterflies and rainbows, because darkness is always lurking when the threat of happiness is present.

Good entertainment, good story

This is the 3rd book in Lauren Landish's series. By far the best of the series hands down. The 1st book I believe was "Matchmaker". That one was okay but lacked any real gusto. The 2nd book "Mr. Fixit" fell flat.
This story grabbed my attention right from the get go because of the flamboyant characters, Brad and Makalay. Then bring out the gruff and loud biker. I knew it was going to be a good story. I was right. Of course, it always helps when there's a creep factor thrown in too.
I would recommend this book to anyone who doesn't mind some colorful language or hot steamy scenes thrown in once in awhile.
I didn't review on the 1st or 2nd book. I just didn't care enough to put forth the effort.

Motorhead

Romantic and rowdy, this book was definitely fun to read. I usually read historical romance books, but this was a modern biker story.
