Great book

Most of the small changes suggested by the author are easy and simple enough that anyone who seriously needed to free up their time can do it; its true that what one thinks affects how one feels inside. By being more organized and true to one's self the mind gets healthier, relaxed, and able to enjoy life more.

A great investment in yourself!

Impressed with this book. My daughter bought it first and I could not put it down. It is a wonderful resource and an "easy read". Invest in yourself. I bought my own after I couldn't keep my hands off my daughter's.

I appreciate the valuable information in this book. She covers a lot of different topics. I am working on one of the food elimination diets right now, so I don't know if that is the cause of my anxiety, but I will find out soon.

This book is amazing, everyone should read it whet

This book is amazing, everyone should read it whether they have anxiety or not, as it covers so many aspects of diet, nutrition and supplements. It is very encouraging - rather than berate yourself for not being able to get off sugar, try amino acid support for those cravings - a great paradigm shift away from shame around diet. A great resource for a healthy mind and body.

Wonderful book !!

I suffered from social anxiety and Pyroluria for years, without even knowing that there was a name for my condition. The tips in this book along with the suggestions for the proper amino acids to take for it changed my life. I feel so much better now. I give this book two very enthusiastic thumbs up !
