Excellent Road Map to Change Everything About Your Health

Ben lays it all out.
I love how explains the process that he recommends from the cellular level all the way to a simple weekly plan for maintaining energy and health throughout life.

Helpful Guide to getting great HEALTH results!

I have been listening to Ben's podcast for several months and was enjoying his interviews, went through his free Keto Kamp Kickstart Challenge and started listening to his book (also bought a Kindle version to be able to read through). I'm fairly new to the Keto Lifestyle but am already seeing amazing HEALTH results! I was off Metformin in 6 weeks and reversed my Type 2 Diabetes. My doctor was thrilled I was taking action and said my blood work was perfect. This book is providing really helpful information on the Keto Lifestyle, Fasting and how to get great HEALTH results. This is a lifestyle, not a diet and it can help improve your quality of life in many ways. Ben has the experience and knowledge to guide you on this path. I appreciate his 'attitude of gratitude' and how he encourages each of us to focus on all areas of our lives that lead to better HEALTH! Good info on Keto, Time Restricted Eating and Sleep

Keto done RIGHT!

This book is very educational and it has tons of really insightful information about metabolism, hormones, fasting and obviously, keto. so my biggest recommendation is to take notes of what gets your attention the most. Now in terms of narration it gets a little boring sometimes because if you’ve heard the author on his videos you’ll realize he sounds like a robot sometimes and it can get very numbing, but if you pull through you’ll get a lot of very useful information about how to do keto the right and take advantage of this amazing book. Well done Ben!
