THE Keto book

This was a fantastic guide to understanding, implementing and continuing the Keto diet long term. I'm so thankful for the science, success stories and recipes shared in this book. It teaches, motivates and guide anyone through the Keto journey all while being mindful of medical complications and precautions. This is THE Keto book!

You are now entering the ”Twilight Zone.”

The material is great and easy to follow. Eric Martin has a great voice, but the clipped manner that he had reading this book constantly reminded me of Rod Serling’s introduction and voice-overs on The Twilight Zone.” That was a bit distracting at times but it’s still a book I will return to and recommend to others.
