These affirmations, said out loud, have an effect that can be felt in the form of greater happiness and confidence within the first ten minutes. I love the fact that they do not deny or shy away from whatever current struggles the reader may be going through, but instead, focus on the things to do IN the struggle that build an unstoppable inner character to whom outer contrary circumstances are irrelevant.
