Amazing!

Rose is one tough cookie ,being an mma fighter and boy is she good at what she does. I enjoyed reading this book with so much action, secrets and steam. It had a perfect balance of everything plus a great hea. I couldn’t set this book down it was that amazing each page had me hooked. Now hearing the audiobook just made it that much better. The narrators did a fantastic job breathing life into these characters.

Ah, the accents had me - panting!

This book... I loved reading, but, HOLY SMOKING SH...... listening to it? Superb! I loved it, the two narrators, brought to life my favourites, in such a delicious way, I could listen to this on repeat.

I highly recommend it!

Iron Rose is a standalone, but related to the Ungoverned Spaces series. Rose is a Filipina kick-a$$ female MMA fighter in a man's world. When she flips a middle finger at the Bratva refusing to throw a fight, she has to run. Alistair is a sexy Irishman, was her one night stand, and now her ticket to safety as he works for a security group (basis for the Ungoverned series). I love that this story is multicultural, international, just a breath of fresh air in the mafia based stories. I binged this book as it's action-packed, has lots of intrigue, super steamy scenes, and has a little age-gap going on and I loved it all. This was my first book by the author and now I'm hooked.

The narration was so, so good. Molly Briar did a fantastic job as Rose, accent and all (which I have a feeling is authentic), but who better to know a character than the author! Holden Maddox is new to me but what a voice! All the accents, all the characters...just amazing! I hope to hear more from him. 5 killer stars!!

Rose is a female MMA fighter that fights and WINS in the men's underground circuit. She's asked to throw a fight by the Bratva and what does she do? She throws them all the middle finger..2 of them to be exact. I loved this female lead so much. She was fiesty and took care if herself. this was a great book and I look forward listening to more from this author.

The primal 🥵

These two narrators are phenomenal together! Holden’s voice is deep and smooth. The primal scene was perfection. Molly has such a soothing voice and does so with bringing the character to life. Enjoyed the mixture of MMA and mafia. Fierce FMC. Can’t wait for book 2!

This audio version was absolutely freaking perfect

I love that there is a story being told. You can keep up with it while there is still a mystery to the book. The love you can feel. The tension is thick. Rose is on the run from the Bratva. She refused to throw the fight. Alistair is on contract with Caledonia Security he keeps his Irish decent hidden under a British accent. Obsessed with a woman MMA fighter, he makes it his mission to make her his. Rose is hiding as a goth girl under the guise as Jubilee Bradley, Brett Bradley's daughter. They end up working to take down the Bratva leader. Rose is tricked into becoming Alistair's wife. I loved it. Absolutely loved it!! Molly's voice is so smooth, it lulls you. Holden Maddox's strong deep and his accents on point. A five star Review!!!

Sooo good!

I usually listen to 5+ books a week (I get to listen to books while I work lol) and my audible account has a few thousand books in my library. That being said, I rarely leave reviews... but this book definitely deserves a review! The story line was unique and refreshing, it totally kept my attention the entire time! But the true gem of this book are the narrators! They did a 10/10 fantastic job. Like seriously one of the best duet narration books I've ever listen to. Holden could narrate the phone book and have me enthralled lol he is amazing! And the female narrator was just as amazing. They both did such a good job with the different dialects and accents. It truly was an acceptional audiobook!

I read this book earlier this year but OMG audiobook just takes it to a whole new level!!! Holden and Molly did freaking amazing with the narration.

What can I say. I enjoy it very much when you have strong and badass female character representation in books.

This book follows Rose an underground MMA fighter trying to make a name for her self. She find herself in a situation with the Bratva mobs at one of her fights when she has to make a decision that will change the outcome of her future.

During one of her fights she encounters Alistar where they have a one night stand where Rose becomes his new obsession.

Their life's collide again and she will now not only need to fight to come on top but she will need to fight her feelings as well.

Please check CW and TW before starting. The world we are introduced here is amazing. Rose was such a baddie she one of my favorite FMC I’ve read in a while. Alastair is that MMC r would hate in real life but as a book Boyfrriend he is exactly what you want and need.
