Not a YA only! Do NOT blow this off!

While this story involves high school students the issues they face, the hardships they endure are very real and extreme. That being said I really appreciated the strength of the h & H. Neither was weak, or silly or stupid. They were really admirable people and age aside, they faced their issues with all the strength and grace they could muster. Their chemistry together was off the charts. Strongly recommend this. The only bummer here though is that the next two books in this series are NOT on Audible. DAAAAANNNNNGGGG! Now that IS annoying. Hopefully, they will remedy this soon.

Perfectly Done!!

This book was so many GREAT things, a beautiful love story, HOT HOT HOT, gut wrenchingly sad, and funny all at the same time. Terrific performance by the male and female narrators!! I love to listen toTeddy Hamilton, he nailed the personality of Alex's character.. CANT WAIT FOR BOOK 2!!!!!

I'm too old for tbis BUT I loved it!

This is a fun book.. Touches on several things our teens are dealing with but a good story. Makes you laugh,happy,sad, excited! Grear read!

Shocked

Shocked at how good this series was! The cover makes it look corny and the description doesn’t do the plot justice. Writing was done very well and the narrators were spot on with their ability to channel teenager emotion without sounding fake or obnoxious. 10/10 would recommend this series

Good young adult romance

I enjoyed this audiobook, but be aware that there are triggers that involve rape. Otherwise I liked the relationship between the two main characters and their sweet romance. There is also a big trigger involving a school shooting. If you’re very sensitive, just be aware. There is a HEA and the narration is excellent.

Not my usual read

I really liked the story. This was not what I would usually read considering the characters are much younger than myself. I also have never read a steamy, sexy story. I truly enjoyed it. Quite a few things are unrealistic but that's what fiction is about. I listened to book 1 and 2 and read book 3. I hope book 3 is released on audible soon.

My favorite Callie Hart series!

Rebel of Raleigh High was the first series I listened to by Callie and fell in love with her books. This series is dark and the best part is she has no problem throwing a curve ball that has your heart breaking 💔 I love authors that may give you an HEA but it's dark and messy. Also Charlotte North and Teddy Hamilton did an amazing job 👏

Reb of Ral High Book 1

Really good book. A little short on length - was disappointed that none of the conflicts were resolved and a less than solid idea as to whether it was going to be picked up in next book or not. It just cut off at a really odd place.

The reason for this is obvious - the story wasn’t written to end where it did. But greed had them splitting it up a single novel into multiple parts to make 3 times as much on the story.

I just finished a five book series by Caroline Peckem and Susanne Valenti in which every book was 8 or more hours long.

This was awesome!!!!!

i cant wait for the second to come out on audible. i was very happy with love scene, romance, and how alex always protected silver. I cried towards the end cuz something crazy, sad, and unexpected happens in the book. The author gave me a hugh scare. Sery for any spoiler. and omg the narrator were great. I loved how they worked together in the book. callie hart need to release more book on audible. Get the book, it is worth your money.

Decent

Boom was decent. Lots of traumatic stuff so check you TWs. Alex is a sweetheart even if he is a bad boy. Silver is the dopest name because it’s my middle name so that excited me. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I wish they were older. Don’t really love reading about 17 year olds.

What a beautifully written story, didn't think I would like it, but the words flowed and the characters got my attention. it was a great book. Will seek more from this author!

Had me on the edge of my seat

Wow....oh my goodness where do I start. A bit of a slow start to the book but it’s sweet then gut punchily sad then sweet then gut punchily sad then sweet again. I’ve far too many mixed emotions right now! my heart ached for the 2 of them as they both internally battle their demons, suffering from severe trauma and pain but still had room in their hearts after everything they been through to find true love. I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read it yet but definitely give this book a read. You won’t be disappointed....have your tissues at the ready.

Callie Hart has not got it in her to write a bad book and this first book in a new series is an absolutely fantastic read. Listening to it in the audio had me falling in love with Silver and Alex all over again. And what a fabulous audio this is. Both performers are outstanding and brought the story to life with conviction, verve and sensitivity. Teddy Hamilton has such skill with pacing, humour and seriousness, that I, inevitably, go searching for more examples of his work each time! Charlotte North was new to me, but she nailed it as Silver, while also bringing the male voices to convincing life. I loved that she caught the great banter between Silver and her dad so well. Overall, an outstandingly good listen. Loved it! 💖💖💖💖💖

Brilliant

The story is fantastic, so compelling. You’re really rooting for the characters. It’s laughter and tears & the urge to punch people in the face good!

Easy listening

Storyline a bit cheese and unrealistic hence predictable just what I needed after long week

The book is great. It goes far beyond the boundaries of a school romance, and despite the million bad things it touches, there is plenty of hope and love.

Calling Hart is new to me but omg will be reading the rest of the series. Loved Teddy and Charlotte's narratortion. Must read even if content is you.
