The sheer pleasure of hearing him utter the possessive phrase "my wife" is delightful. Rose Dioro, on the other hand, is phenomenal in portraying Landyn's progression from a shocked daughter to a formidable mafia wife and beyond.

Amazing!!

I was wonderfully surprised by this book. I just loved Brax and Landyn. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me, but I enjoyed every minute. Jason and Rose were excellent, as always. I love listening to them.

The beginning of another great series!!!

NOTE...didn't realize that this book is a spin-off from book #5 of the Killer's series, from the same author. Need to resume books 5 and 6 of that series. This book is an amazing beginning to another great series from this author. Of course, anything that Jason Clarke reads makes the book and storyline all the more interesting!!! Heck, he could be reading the ingredients of a ketchup bottle and you will be drawn in...haha. His sexy voice just captivates you even further, add to that a great storyline and bingo another great book. It is the first time that I have listened to the female narrator, Rose Dioro and she definitley was a great match with Jason. Together they brought lots of continuity, energy, and sass. Loved the storyline regarding cartel and mob and how the story unfolded.....right from the start it was an all action, thrilling and suspenseful read.

I am a huge fan of brynne asher. This was an extremely well written story. Narration was awesome. I am never disappointed with one of brynne’s books.  her character development is always exceptional. Don’t skip this one.

Really good!

I liked this one a ton! It starts with a bang (literally!) and gets more exciting with every chapter. The writing is great and so is the storyline. The characters are fantastic and so is the dialogue. The narrators do a wonder job as well!
