simple quick start

down to basic overview. The Fast Diet is much better but if you just need to get star tree d this book will give you the generics.

Good concept - not very woman focused

As a breastfeeding mom, I was hoping for more female oriented descriptions and information. The author tells their story about what worked for them but gives little scientific backing to these theories.

For Women Looking for Different Solutions

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It's an interesting book. There was an element of common sense that offered different options, some that could be easily implemented. It is short enough to go back and review some concepts. It was easy to listen to and understand the theories of the author.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Intermittent Fasting for Women?

The author recommended things a dietician had told me several years ago that I had forgotten, and may now revisit.

Which character – as performed by Sandy Weinberg – was your favorite?

She spoke in the first person which made her experience more personal. I liked that.

Even though the book was written by a man, I was glad the audio was recorded by a woman since the book was directed to women.

not worth the time

all it does is tell you not to eat early in the day everyday and to make a pig of yourself every evening. Not worth the time it took to listen to about half of the book.
