This is permanent bookshelf worthy

I never want to read a book twice….but wait, this one I would. Written exceptionally well you know you are reading a talented author. This book gives you an inside look at life lived in poverty and addiction. Read it, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful Book

This book was a wonderful read. It gives a great overview of how to work on mindfulness in life and how to work with your mind and emotions. This wasn’t my first of these types of books, admittedly I’ve read many, however even so I found new insight with this book. Worth picking up!

Encouraging

I enjoy following Nichole’s Instagram for encouragement's biggest problem with the book is not having a PDF with the doing the work prompts, questions etc.
