A great Transformation of relationships building

WOWW! This audiobook is just beyond beautiful. Tgis is so so useful for dealing with an insecure attachment style. The author has explained proven strategies in order to deal with them. Great Topic

This is an excellent book for people who have issues connecting with others. I believe I have an attachment disorder because of past traumas that need to be resolved. I am glad I found a resource for healing so that I can stop sabotaging my relationships and move on with a healthy attachment mindset.

Extremely helpful

I am an avoidance type. I've been that way as long as I can remember. It's part of why I never actually had a real relationship until I was 31. It's not that I was afraid of commitment, I just enjoyed being on my own. I felt uncomfortable with people getting too comfy, cozy and was suffocating with other people in my space. I have been in a remember for about 2.5 years and I still have not gotten over feeling suffocated. And sometimes I feel bad because I know my partner is not happy with the distance, but it's not like I'm going to be any better when I'm uncomfortable. The tips in this audiobook have really opened my eyes to some reasons why I am this way. It's not something I've ever really thought of before.

The sad part is, I am always the one to tell others that sometimes you have to figure out the why to find out why we do things or act the way we do, but I never really considered it for my relationship.

This will really help me with my overall change too. Within the last few months, I've been trying to take steps to become a more people-friendly person instead of being stand-offish. I usually see things from multiple points of view, but sometimes I really just don't have the patience to try and figure people out when they don't understand themselves. I am trying to be more understanding and less brutally honest. And this book will definitely help me do that since my avoidance spans farther than just my relationship.
