disappointed

this really wasn't what I was expecting. this summary gives lots of lists of general foods to eat without really helping you understand what the plan is.

Not at all what I thought it would be.

After listening to this entire book, I have no better understanding of this plan. I learned absolutely nothing from this. I was looking for a THM Plan audio book and this is not it.

I'm grateful for audible!

I liked how simply it was broken down. The only thing I didn't like was at times ( not always )the Narrator sounded whiny and it was a little frustrating.

This is truly a summary. You can achieve an understanding of the plan and decide if it fits you. There may be enough information to get you started, but I will want more details. For a summary I think it is generous and did its job of informing me so I can decide to read the full version or not. I will.

Nice easy clear cut read! Easy to understand. The chapters flowed nicely from one to another. Everything I need a "refresher" to the plan, I listen before bed or during the day while I run errands. Highly recommend!
