Everyone involved in the fitness industry in some shape or form has heard of Crossfit. The problem is, most of the people relaying Crossfit information are already members, making all information biased towards supporting the cult. While it has provided results for some, was it the most safest and effective way to get these results? The answer is most likely not, and can be supported by with insurmountable evidence.
