My life changed forever when the Berserkers took me. These fearsome warriors must find women to keep their lethal rage at bay...and I am an ideal mate.

The Alphas decree that all warriors must compete in a series of Highland Games for my hand. Of all the giant warriors, two have caught my eye, but I have no choice. When the final match is over, I will belong to the ruthless victors. They will possess me fully. I can only hope they will be the two I could come to love...

Shifter MFM Romance

This one may be my favorite in the series.
Standalone with no cliffhangers.
She may be falling in love with one of the Berserkers but she has just found out that she is to be the prize at the end of a fight for her hand.
But can she bond with the winner or is she not able to mate with them at all?
Lots of emotion and lack of self worth to be worked out in this one.
Loved the final battle.

horrible narrator...

there should have been more thought put in to who the narrator is. the story could have been great if it wasn't for the stuttering narrator

Lee and Robert - a brilliant combination

Lee Savino is the good story writer and Robert Ross is the great voice to tell it. Don't stop the series anytime soon.

more secrets

I liked the unknown brother bond. It was a pleasant surprise for Muriel and me. Siebold continues to cause problems, and it's very frustrating. He needs taken out!!! More secrets and powers come to light. The piercings- omg!!!
It was ridiculous that they had to keep fighting to keep Muriel constantly. Yoy!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Depth of characters and series sub plot . . .

Getting to sister number three has been interesting but now that we are here things have taken on a new level of intrigue. Falling for and bonding with one while in captivity can be a challenge when you are the prize in a game of games. Sweet Fleur was nothing like her two older sisters. She had been sheltered and secure in herself until one day all that came crashing down. She now finds herself to be given as the prize in the games of life and death. She finds herself hoping and desiring one man while being given to another. I have waited since the first time seeing Fergus in the opening book to see him get his. Fergus and Wulfgar capture my attention and my heart from the beginning. To have the two get there chance was wonderful to see. I loved the intrigue the denial, the temptation, the pleasure of it all. There was that extra layer of satisfaction and more.

I still found no connection with the narrator. Now his voice is little more than background. I also found that this audio had more repeating sections than the one before. The poor transition points and background clicks at points noting track change or narration change. Some areas seemed a bit higher in sound quality.

Story ok, narration is monotone

Narration could’ve been better. The story was good though. Reading would be better than listening on this series.

Utterly Fantastic and Incredibly Passionate

If you could sum up Given to the Berserkers in three words, what would they be?

surrender, passionate, mindblowing

What did you like best about this story?

I love that even though their interactions shock and confuse the woman everything they do is to bring her mind numbing pleasure and to bind her heart, mind, and soul to them. Their punishments are meant to coax her into a beautiful and total submission to their hearts. Everything they do is to meld their hearts as one and to show her that she has absolutely nothing to worry about once she surrenders herself to them.

What does Robert Ross bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Robert Ross brings a sensual depth and vivid atmosphere with his to die for Scottish voice. He wraps you into a magical world that exists just beyond the edges of our consciousness and pulls you in with the passionate heart and sensual touch of these wonderful characters.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene where Woflgar, Fergus, and Murial reveal their hidden secrets, so that they are all laid bare before the other. The painful vulnerability is strikingly beautiful and I couldn't get enough when they all finally surrender in full to each other and allow their mating bond to truly blossom and flourish.

Any additional comments?

This is one of my all time favorite paranormal series! I can't get enough of these amazing women who prove to be exactly what these men need in order to calm their beast and to truly live life.

O.M.G.

If you could sum up Given to the Berserkers in three words, what would they be?

Hot, possessive and tender.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the difference this story had from the others. Muriel was not kidnapped by a couple, instead there is a great competition to "win" her as a mate. I liked the spin this story had, and of course it is HEA!

What about Robert Ross’s performance did you like?

Loved his voice! Sometimes men's voices don't work for me with romance novels, but I loved the way he read, and his accent.

Any additional comments?

I've never listened to a Lee Savino audio book, but I really liked it! I'm going to get more.
