2 in one

1st book Sam is a lab creation who neets a scientist and tries to save her ftom evil and destroy his creator. A tall order,but very suspenseful a d entertaining.
2bd book. Nash is in a race to save his mate Denali. Denali has a secret son to Nash!!!! Nash fights his iwn demons and others. Lots os action and drama with good verses evil. I enjoyed both stories. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Hot, sexy wonderful

Hot bad boy shifters finding their mates and sparks fly. these books has action, suspense, intrigue and just the right amount of Dominance.
Benjamin Sands brings these stories to life, you feel as if you can see what is happening.

Pretty good

Storylines were exciting and would have held my attention completely had there been a female narrator for female characters. Benjamin does not change his voice during most of the narration for female character; he gives their name before reading their part with the same voice used for main male characters. Benjamin did a great job with male characters. The posse in the second book were hilarious and deserving of a book in the series.

It was ok. Kind of slow.
I wouldn’t read again. The last book by her, book 2 i believe, was much better.

Well written. I enjoy reading continuation stories. The story lines are also very interesting.
Benjamin Sands is a very good narrator.

She was from New Orleans!! It was dope that she was a normal woman with no drug dealing or extra attitude for no reason!! She was perfect and Nash too!!! Thank you!!!

Obsession & War - 5 Stars!!

These 2 books, especially War have been my favorite of the series (so far 🤣) chock full of suspense, heartache, loss and love, and let’s not forget the heat. I just finished War and now want to dive into Desire immediately. Seriously hoping Agent Dune gets his own story. Maybe even with another sweet agent?? One can hope.

Obsession and War

These two stories are books 5 and 7 in the Bad Boy Alphas series.

In Alpha’s Obsession we get Sam and Layne’s story. Layne is a scientist who has no idea who she is really working for and what evil they truly do in the name of science. Sam is a shifter intent on revenge. When he comes to get his revenge, Sam finds Layne. Layne will find out what kind of people she works for but is her research more important? The two must work together to stay safe or they will both die.

The second story gives us Nash and Denali. The two were forced together by the evil scientist but soon separated and lost to each other. Nash may have escaped the torture, but he has never found peace. The only thing that ever gave him any peace was Denali, yet all he has now is the memories of that single night. When he meets Sam, his past comes to the forefront, and he is given the chance to see Denali once again. Can he let his guard down enough to seek out Denali or is it already too late for his lion?

As much as I found the plot interesting in these stories, I had a hard time connecting with the main characters. I was more intrigued with the secondary characters and their antics. Emotions are strong in both books, and they take center stage, but I did not feel them. We get to see how strong love is and how it can heal. There is a good mix of action alongside the romance. Narrator Benjamin Sands does a nice job of keeping the narrative flowing and keeping the listener engaged.

Loving the series

I enjoy the series a lot. The storyline isn't that bad. Kinda knew what was going to happen a lot of the time. Still good though.

Wow

Have you ever had a book that you just don’t want to finish because it means the characters won’t be a part of your life anymore? That’s how this one felt for me. The characters were interesting and their backstories sucked me in from the very start. I loved the level of heat and storyline and the world building was epic. Loved these two books

Obsession and War

Loved these stories. Consecutive characters but can be Standalones, as with all the 'Alpha' books.

The narration was great, really loved the actor's voice. He got the inflections for the different characters just right and Declan just made me laugh.
